From an early age, Stella immersed herself in the performing arts, developing her skills in piano, voice, and stage performance at the Conservatorio de Música de Puerto Rico, since 2019, and at Antilles Middle School. Her training includes music fundamentals, classical voice, and musical theatre—encompassing dance, singing, and acting. She will begin pre-university studies in classical voice in August, at the CMPR.
Since 2021, Stella Torres has participated in productions like 100 Years of Broadway, The Magic of Christmas, and Broadway’s Dark Musicals at the CMPR. She has starred as Glinda (Wizard of Oz), Alice (Matilda), and as Cinderella in It’s All About Classics, and joined the ensemble of the professional production of Little Shop of Horrors.
At Antilles Elementary and Middle Schools, Stella has contributed her voice as a soloist and ensemble in the AMS Jazz Ensemble and as a choir member, performing at events such as the Winter and Spring Concerts, and the Puerto Rican National Anthem during the Elementary School Graduation. Stella Torres has completed summer camp experiences in Berklee Puerto Rico and for classical voice at Escuela de Música Reina Sofía, in Madrid.
Stella loves opera and dreams of becoming a professional soprano. She approaches musical training with discipline and purpose, understanding that excellence is earned through consistent effort.
