Kate Jeongbin Ha

I am a motivated seventh grade piano lover who attends Ladera Vista Junior High School. I started piano at the age of four and am currently under the inspiring instructor, Ms. Yoojung Chung. I have competed in six of the “MTAC Orange County Festivals”, in which I have placed for the winner of a division, and was awarded medals for the rest. I got second place in the “Satori Summer Music Festival”, and third in “MACOC”. Piano has given me many opportunities–one of them being performing for the POETIC Foundation to help raise donations and awareness for children with cancer. I hope that my music will not only bring me joy, but help others and bring them joy as well. While I am away from piano, I enjoy reading and writing stories.
