Zhen Yu Lai

Zhen Yu is 8 years old. He has been learning piano since Jan 2021 under the guidance of Peyhwan Kuan. He likes playing piano because the amazing piano sound brings him joy and excitement.
In 2021, Zhen Yu has won several awards in competitions, including Gold Medalist at the Quebec International Music Competition, 2nd prize at MAP International Music Competition, Consul General of Poland Award at Chopin Avenue International Piano Competition, and 3rd prize at Piano League (Professional group). He recently won the 1st prize at Nouvelles Etoiles International Online Music Competition and 3rd prize at Elevato Stanza Online Piano Competition. It is a tremendous encouragement for him to move forward. In his spare time, Zhen Yu enjoys drawing and singing. He also likes playing Legos.
