Ariel Mualim, Chloe Gil, and Emilia Wang

Friends Emilia Wang, Ariel Mualim, and Chloe Gil formed the ACE Trio in March 2023 so they could enjoy making music together. In the past they have worked on multiple orchestral projects together, including Prelude Orchestra, the Southern California School Band and Orchestra Association Honor Orchestra, and the California Orchestra Directors Association All-State Orchestra. Ariel and Chloe are also members of the Chickling Violin Quartet. With the encouragement of coaches Dr. Jiyeon Shin and Ms. Kristin Chai, they formed a violin trio in order to challenge themselves with the responsibility that comes with playing chamber music.

Emilia is a fifth grader at Orchard Hills Elementary School, Ariel is a sixth grader also at Orchard Hills Middle School, and Chloe is a sixth grader at Beacon Park Middle School. Emilia, Ariel, and Chloe are students of Dr. Jiyeon Shin.
