Alayna Hong is a 14-year-old violinist and has played violin since she was 9 years old. She performs in the Detroit Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestra and is also a part of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. She particularly enjoys playing in impromptu musical ensembles with her friends and family, entertaining others with her musical creativity and harmonies. Additionally, she also likes playing piano, tennis and reading.
