Emma Park is a sophomore at Alameda High School in Alameda, Ca, where she participates in the Symphonic Band, performing in concerts and participating in state competitions like CMEA. She is currently a flutist in Berkeley Youth Orchestra as well as its chamber group, Berkeley Youth Chamber Orchestra where she serves as the principal flute. Emma has won top prizes in the SIlicon Valley Youth Music Competition, American Classical Young Musician Award, American Protege where she was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall, and Berkeley Youth Orchestra Concerto Competition where she will perform a duet with her sister. Additionally, Emma is a member of Tri-Valley Symphonics, a volunteer organization that performs chamber music at children’s libraries.
