Christina Saad

Christina Saad

I have been studying piano for the past seven years. During that time, I have won two second place prizes and one first place prize for the Crescendo International Competition and performed at Carnegie Hall. In addition to competing solo, I enjoy playing piano in various ensemble settings such as a jazz band. I am also a concert percussionist and have performed in district-level concert bands and orchestras. I specialize in mallet percussion and have participated in marching band and indoor percussion groups. I have a strong passion for music, and nothing makes me happier than performing in ensembles. I believe working with others towards a common musical goal is one of the most satisfying experiences. To me, music is a medium we use to connect and communicate with each other.

Watch Christina Saad perform Nocturne No. 20 in C Sharp Minor by Frederic Chopin on the piano for the 2026 Autumn Music Competition as part of the Charleston International Music Competition.
