
Daihua Song is currently a classical saxophonist at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, pursuing his Master of Music degree. Daihua holds bachelor’s degrees from Nanjing Normal University and New England Conservatory, where he graduated with the “Honor of Excellence” and “Academic Honors” awards. Daihua gave countless saxophone chamber and solo concerts and performances during his undergrad study in the U.S. He has left his saxophone playing landmarks include but not limited to Boston’s Jordan Hall, Williams Hall, Eastman’s Hatch Hall, Kilbourn Hall and so on. His Senior Recital was successfully hosted at NEC’s Burnes hall in December 2023 and was highly praised by the audience and his college Professor, Kenneth Radnofsky.
