My name is Daiwik Reddy. I have been interested in music and dancing since young age. I have a good sense of rhythm and music calms me (otherwise I am very boisterous and hyped). I started learning Piano at the age of 6 and continued until my middle school. In middle school, the string instruments were fascinating and I jumped into orchestra team. I have enjoyed playing the instrument and being part of concerts. My orchestra director at school is very encouraging and enthusiastic. I was fortunate to be with my private teacher Ms. Kathy for past 4 years – she understands my tempo and love for complex pieces. She is very talented and helped me lead a group of string artists to play the Indian National Anthem at the Annual Diwali Festival. I continue to be part of my High school Orchestra. I feel music is an art that’s medicine and solution to healthy lifestyle.
