David Chang, age 12, is a current 7th grader at Iron Horse Middle School. He was introduced to violin at age 5 by his mother and is currently being taught by James Choi. He has been through multiple performances and competitions including the US open music competition and Bay Area Music Association Contest. He also has 3 years of experience in the California Youth Symphony(CYS). Outside of violin, he also likes entering math and coding competitions.
