Dennis Zhao, fifteen, is a tenth-grade student from Blacksburg, Virginia. He has been passionate about playing piano since he was five. With his talent for piano and a deep empathy for others, he has brought joy and comfort to many others through heartfelt performances at the local senior home community and hospitals. In addition, Dennis is a dedicated clarinetist in the school band, where he has been selected to play the clarinet solo in several performances and competition events. He has been selected to perform in the All-District Band since the sixth grade.
