Edward Yida Pan

Born and Raised in Utah, Edward Pan has been playing piano since the age of 4. He loves to play all kinds of pieces, from baroque to modern, and participates in a piano trio at his school. He regularly participates in competitions, and has also previously placed 2nd in the American Protogé International Concerto Competition, allowing to participate in a performance in Carnegie Hall in New York. After becoming an high schooler, he still works hard to balance piano with his school life, Apart from piano, he enjoys skiing, playing golf, and scientific research. Edward hopes to continue his piano journey, as he sees piano as a lifelong friend.
