Elyssa is a dynamic and accomplished young performer with a strong foundation in music, theater, and film. Born in Pennsylvania, she began vocal and piano training at the age of five and has been playing guitar for the past three years. Highly energetic and passionate about the arts, Elyssa is often singing whenever she has downtime.
She has competed and excelled in numerous prestigious competitions. Elyssa is an award‑winning vocalist through American Protégé, American Festival of the Arts, and Julia’s Joy Competition, where she won 1st place in her age division (11–13) at the local level. She performed at Carnegie Hall as the 2nd Place Winner of the 2017 Broadway International Vocal Competition and returned as a Winner for the American Protégé Summer Gala in 2019. In 2018, she was also a Winner of the American Festival of the Arts Vocal Competition, earning the opportunity to perform at Lincoln Center in New York City.
Elyssa has extensive theatrical experience, having performed in numerous lead roles. Her credits include the title role in “Annie” (2018), Sky in Mamma Mia, Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz (2021), Cady Heron in Mean Girls (2023), and Gabriella in High School Musical (2024), with performances throughout the Lansdale, PA area. Additional productions include Aladdin, Elf Jr., and Seussical.
She is currently a member of the Broadway Star Project and frequently performs off‑Broadway in New York City. In addition to stage work, Elyssa began her acting career at age eight and has been cast as the child lead in two independent films.
Elyssa is academically and artistically distinguished, having been inducted into the Tri‑M Music Honor Society. She is an active member of Girls with Guitars, A Cappella, Glee Club, Chorale, and Liturgical Music, and also serves as a Cantor for her church.
