Erik Chen is a 16 year old pianist attending Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California.
Under the current mentorship and guidance of Ms. Jenny Shin, Erik has won numerous regional, state and international piano competitions, including the Los Angeles Liszt International Piano Competition, Enkor International Piano Competition, MTAC State Solo Competition, Southern California Junior Bach Festival, Southwestern Youth Music Festival, Great Composers Competition of Best Liszt Performance, and more.
Additionally, he has had the honor to receive masterclasses from Gwhyneth Chen, Hsin-Hsuan Lin, Juhyun Lee, and Vladimir Ostromensky.
