Ethan Huang was born in San Diego, CA, and raised in Bothell, WA. He began playing piano at the age of five and violin at 12. Currently an 8th grader at Skyview Middle School, Ethan actively participates in regional piano competitions and performs in the school district’s ensemble competition. In 7th grade, he passed the ABRSM Piano Level 8 exam with Distinction, showcasing his dedication and skill in piano performance.
For violin, Ethan plays first violin in his school orchestra, the 8th Grade Honor Group, and the Junior All-State Orchestra organized by WMEA. He is also a member of the Cascade Youth Symphony Orchestra and enjoys collaborating with fellow musicians.
Outside of music, Ethan has a strong passion for math and aerospace studies, often exploring physics and engineering concepts. He also loves staying active and competes on his school’s varsity cross-country and track & field teams. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and solving complex math problems.
