Born and raised in China, Ge Ding earned her undergraduate degree in piano performance from the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. After that, she earned a master’s degree at the Cleveland Institute of Music, where she studied with Kathryn Brown. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts at the Ohio State University under the tutelage of Dr. Caroline Hong.
