
Grace Cho resides in San Jose, California, and is currently a junior at Lynbrook High School. She began studying piano at the age of seven under the guidance of her mother and has since developed a deep passion for music.
Grace has earned numerous awards, including prizes in the American Protégé Romantic Music Competition (2023), the US Open Music Competition, the California Association of Professional Music Teachers (CAPMT) Competition, and the Pelican International Music Competition in both the Baroque and Contemporary categories. She was awarded second prize at the Gold International Classical Music Competition (GICMC) in 2024 and 2025, and first place at the US International Open Music Competition. In 2025, she received a Gold Medal from the Album of the Young Gifted Performers (AADGT), and second prize Charleston Global Music Competition.
Grace was invited to perform at the Music Teachers’ Association of California (MTAC) State Convention after earning both branch and state honors in the Certificate of Merit (CM) program. In addition to piano, she enjoys playing the flute and has performed with the Emmanuel Youth Orchestra. She enjoys participating in drama and received International Thespian Society award.
