Candidate’s Music Biography
Hannah Liu, age 5, began studying violin at the age of 3 and half. She first studied with Ms. Jenna Potts at The Rivers School Conservatory in the greater Boston area, and since moving to Los Angeles, she has been studying at the Pasadena Conservatory of Music with Natalie Brejcha.
Hannah has won first prizes in her age category at the 2025 Royal Music Competition, the 2025 Global Philharmonic Music Competition, and the 2025 CYMC Competition. She has also performed at the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
In addition to competitions, she has attended The Rivers School Conservatory Summer Camp in 2024 in Massachusetts and the LASI Summer Camp in 2025 in California. She participated several master classes, including one at the Colburn School in LA with Ms. Rebecca Reale.
Passionate about music, Hannah looks forward to continuing her musical journey, gaining knowledge and joy along the way.
