Hubert Kang is a dedicated pianist with 10 years of classical music experience, performing repertoire spanning multiple historical periods. His passion for music led him to achieve Level 10 Certificate of Merit at age 15, demonstrating exceptional technical proficiency and musical understanding.
Hubert’s commitment to excellence has been recognized through numerous prestigious achievements, including first place at the 2023 MTAC Orange Coast Cities Branch Contemporary Music Festival and second place Blue Ribbons at the 2024 MTACOCC Music Theme Festival and the 2024 Southern California Junior Bach Festival. Under the guidance of his instructor, he regularly participates in recitals and competitions, continuously challenging himself to advance as an artist.
Through consistent practice, competition participation, and performance opportunities, Hubert continues to develop his craft while sharing his passion for music with audiences and fellow musicians. His volunteer work further demonstrates his commitment to the musical community and his dedication to fostering appreciation for classical music.
Beyond his musical pursuits, Hubert enjoys traveling, basketball, and spending time with friends, maintaining a well-rounded approach to his personal and artistic development.
