Hyunjung Song

Hyunjung Song is a Korean violist currently pursuing an Artist Diploma at Rutgers University. She is a section violist with the Albany Symphony Orchestra and performs regularly as a substitute with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Virginia Symphony Orchestra, York Symphony Orchestra, and Bravura Philharmonic Orchestra.

Previously, Hyunjung was a member of The Orchestra Now (TON), where she earned a Performance Diploma. She also holds a Graduate Performance Diploma and a Master of Music from the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Music from the Korea National University of Arts.

An active orchestral, chamber, and solo musician, Hyunjung has performed at renowned festivals including the Aspen Music Festival, Festival Napa Valley, and the American Institute of Musical Studies (AIMS) in Graz, Austria.
