Ivan is a 15-year-old pianist from Gaithersburg, Maryland. He began studying piano at the age of four and has been under the instruction of Elena Ayanyan since then. Ivan has developed a strong foundation in classical music, performing a diverse repertoire that spans Baroque, Romantic, contemporary classical, as well as jazz and tango. In addition to his piano studies, Ivan has pursued other musical interests, including electric guitar and bass guitar. He currently serves as a percussionist in his high school band, further broadening his musical experience and versatility.
