Jayden Joon Young Lee

Jayden Lee discovered his love for the saxophone at nine years old when he joined his elementary school band. This early passion grew as he began playing with groups such as the Pacific Symphony Youth Concert Band, Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble, and LA Philharmonic Youth Concert Band. In 2024, he served as the principal chair of the All-Southern and All-State Bands, which he will be continuing in 2025. Along the way, Jayden has earned awards in competitions like American Protégé, Music Teachers National Association, Music International Grand Prix, and Southwestern Youth Music Festival. In addition to performing, he enjoys composing music for orchestras and wind ensembles, earning recognition in the California PTA Reflections Competition. His dedication has led to performances at renowned venues, including Segerstrom Hall, Carnegie Hall, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Sacramento Memorial Auditorium. He will be preparing for future performances in the North American Saxophone Alliance and Pacific Symphony.
