
Jose Dominguez has participated in various summer music festivals, including the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, National Music Festival, and Killington Music Festival. He has also performed with youth orchestras such as the Corona Youth Music Project, where he served as concertmaster for approximately one year, the All City Orchestra, and the Aaron Copland School of Music Symphonic Orchestra.
Jose has received lessons, coachings, and masterclasses from notable musicians including Sergiu Schwartz, Janet Ying, Joseph Lin, members of the Miro Quartet, Daniel Phillips, Marcy Rosen, Nardo Poy, John Vaida, and others.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the Aaron Copland School of Music, where he studied with Arik Braude. Jose is currently pursuing graduate studies under renowned violin soloist Samuel Vargas while performing with the Schwob School of Music Philharmonic, where he has held principal positions. He has also performed with the LaGrange Symphony Orchestra and has appeared in venues throughout Columbus, including Legacy Hall and the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts
