Jun Seo Oh started playing the viola at the age of 16, having previously played the violin for four years. He is a violist at the Senior Orchestra of the California Youth Symphony, and previously attended the San Francisco Conservatory of Music’s Pre-College Division. He has attended the Encore Chamber Music Institute and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute during previous summers. He also was a California All-State musician in 2025 and won 3rd place at USIMC, the Silicon Valley Music Competition, and KAMSA competition. He currently attends The King’s Academy as a senior, where he was a two-time recipient of Visual and Performing Arts Department Award.
