Kiyomi is from Loudon County, Virginia and has been playing for six years. She was part of MCYO in the season of 2022-2023 and placed second in the Philadelphia International Music Festival in their concerto competition. She played in Carnegie Hall and is the second place winner of the 2025 Charleston Winter Music Competition.
