
Leanna Lo started playing piano at age five and has studied with Jennifer Fung for the past ten years. She has won multiple awards, including 1st Prize at the 2023 Golden Classical Music Awards International Competition, which led to a performance at Carnegie Hall, and 2nd Prize at the American Protégé International Music Competition. She also received State Honors in Certificate of Merit® (CM) Level 10 for piano in 2022 and State Honors in Level 9 for cello in 2023. In addition to earning various awards in MTAC and SYMF competitions, she plays cello in her school’s Philharmonic Orchestra. Outside of solo performance, she enjoys playing piano duets with her little sister, Lydia.
