My name is lohith, and I’m a sophomore that has been playing the piano since I was 6. I started playing piano because I thought it would be fun to learn to play an instrument and learn something new. Over time, playing the piano has taught me practice, patience, and consistency. It’s helped me become more confident in my ability to learn even when I don’t understand something at first. Most importantly, it’s taught me that making mistakes are bound to happen, and that improvement comes with time and effort, that success comes over time. Piano is important to me because it lets me improve at something I enjoy doing. Piano hasn’t just been a simple class for me, it’s a skill that’s helped me grow as a person and I am grateful it’s been a part of my life.
