
Matilda Sachsenheimer is a pianist from Jupiter, Florida, and is a rising senior at Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts in the piano program. She has studied under Ms.Tiffany Goff, Dr.Estibaliz Gastesi, and Ms. Stefanie Katz-Shear. Some of her favorite works she has performed are Szymanoska’s Nocturne in B Flat Major, Beethoven’s Sonata Op.28 No. 15, and Rachmaninoff’s Etude Tableux Op.39 No.2. Outside of solo piano, she also enjoys performing collaboratively through chamber music and with larger ensembles. She recently traveled to Indianapolis with Dreyfoos’ acclaimed Wind Ensemble as a pianist to perform at the 2025 Music For All National Festival.
