Netchensky Leas is a dedicated and accomplished young musician recognized for outstanding performance, consistency, and community involvement. Netchensky earned Best Performance awards at the NYSMMA Solo Evaluation at Levels 4, 5, and 6, reflecting steady artistic growth and high-level musicianship. In addition, Netchensky was named Winner of the Conference Talent Hunt Competition hosted by Omega Phi, showcasing exceptional talent among a competitive field.
At the district level, Netchensky achieved a major milestone by becoming the Overall Winner of the 2nd District Talent Hunt Competition, competing against performers from New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. This achievement highlights both technical skill and strong stage presence.
In July 2025, Netchensky received a Recognition Award at the 79th International Talent Hunt Demonstration, an honor that acknowledges musical excellence on an international platform. Netchensky also earned Best Performance at a competition held at Farmingdale School, further demonstrating versatility and consistent high-quality performance.
Beyond competitions, Netchensky has received multiple awards for active participation in recitals, emphasizing dedication, discipline, and continuous performance experience. Equally important is Netchensky’s commitment to community service, regularly serving at church by performing music during numerous services. Through this service, Netchensky uses music as a way to support, inspire, and uplift the community.
