
Peter Kim, 15, has been playing the violin since the first grade and currently studies under Ms. Jinhee Kang. He has been an active member of his school orchestra for four years since 7th grade.
Peter served as concertmaster of the Utah Youth Jr. Orchestra in 6th and 7th grade and has performed with the Utah Youth Symphony for three years since 8th grade. He was selected for the Utah All-State Jr. High Orchestra in both 7th and 8th grade, serving as concertmaster in 8th grade, and has participated in the Utah All-State High School Orchestra for two years since 9th grade. He was also selected to perform with the Montana Youth Symphony under the direction of Conductor Sir. Donald Runnicles.
