Pooja Verma is a flutist at Irvington High School in Fremont, CA. She’s joined top ensembles, marching bands, and a chamber quartet. She has raised money for Alzheimer’s disease and cancer, performed at symphony guild luncheons and galas, and spread cheer at community festivals, earning recognition for her impact through International and local awards. As flute section leader and a summer intern for the Bay Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, she has performed as a soloist with an orchestra and mentors flutists dedicated to community service.
