Rachel Seoyul Han

Rachel Seoyul Han, a young pianist recognized for her remarkable sensitivity and refined technical artistry, has earned distinction in numerous competitions across Korea and was invited to perform at the ABRSM High Scorers’ Concert.

In 2023, she received Third Prize at the New York International Music Competition, performing at Carnegie Hall, and appeared in the Final Recital of the Cecilia International Music Competition in Japan. She also presented a solo recital in Korea, captivating audiences with her expressive musicianship and mature interpretation.

Beyond her musical achievements, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership throughout her school years, serving as student vice president and class president.

Since relocating to Houston, Texas, in 2025, Rachel has continued to expand her artistic horizons, studying piano under Professor Jayoung Hong and sharing her heartfelt performances with new audiences.
