Ria Kashyap

Ria is a 14 year old keen musician with an innate passion and interest in exploring different areas of Music. She started learning piano at age 5 and went on to complete her ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano, followed by ABRSM Grade 8 in Flute and Trinity Grade 7 in Rock & Pop Vocals. She is currently taking ABRSM Grade 8 in Vocals as well as preparing for GCSE Music.

Ria is a part of the Ensemble and Philharmonic Orchestra at school and the lead singer of her Rock Band. She is also a Music Ambassador, a role that she thoroughly enjoys as it helps foster her love for music, as well as promote music within the community. Working closely in Music groups has helped her build long lasting bonds and friendships.

Her accolades include a Silver Prize in Hong Kong Music Talent and 1st Honors Prize in Pacific Piano competition. Ria spends her spare time, not surprisingly, listening to Music. She also likes to watch Formula 1, play Netball and go skiing in winter.
