My name is Sabrina Salazar, and I am a 15 year old singer, based in East Haven, New Jersey. I am a Mezzo-Soprano who primarily focuses on singing musical theater, having begun my singing career in my 6th-grade musical. I am part of my school’s Honors Vocal Ensemble and Honors Contemporary Ensemble, performing in concerts occasionally, along with many other school traditions like Chapel and Candlelight. I find joy in singing because it helps share stories through melodies and connects the performer with the audience. I believe that singing is sharing an art with the world, not just performing for an audience. In the future, I hope to continue my singing career and my journey of sharing my voice to others around the world.
