Shire Zhang is a fifth grader at Herbert Hoover Elementary in Palo Alto, California. She began her Piano learning journey when she was six years old and currently studies with Dr. Axel Schmitt at the Community School of Music and Arts (CSMA) located in Mountain View, CA. Shire enjoys playing piano, passed ABRSM Grade 5 with Distinction in 2024, and won a 3rd place in American Protege International Piano and String Competition in 2024 and in 2025. In addition to playing Piano, Shire also enjoys ballet and performs at local performing art centers a couple of times a year.
