Sunnie is currently a 6th grader at Miller Middle School in San Jose, CA. This is her 4th year of playing harp, and she is also part of the Silicon Valley Youth Harp Ensemble. She loves playing the harp because she enjoys listening to its unique sounds.
Sunnie won 1st place in the 2023 United States International Music Competition, and 3rd place in 2024. In the Yvonne La Mothe Schwager Harp Competition, she won the 2023 MusicWorks prize and Silver award, and in 2025 won the Gold award.
