Ushnish Chatterjee is 14 years old and is a rising 9th grader at the Harker School in the Bay Area Silicon Valley. Besides academia, he actively pursues singing, acting, and filmmaking. A singer since the age of three, he began by singing songs in Bengali and English taught to him by his mother. Now, he sings in Spanish, Korean, Tagalog, and French as well. In 2024, he won first place in the American Protégé We Sing Pop International Song Contest. In 2025, he won second place in the American Protégé International Music Talent Competition. One interesting aspect about him is that he has absolute pitch, enabling him to accurately reproduce any note without a reference. He has sung at multicultural festivals, graduation ceremonies, school talent shows, and a wedding inauguration.
