Waikiu Wong and Chunkiu Wong, both age 10, began their piano studies in 2023 under the guidance of their dedicated teacher, Wen Yee Tang. Together, they have quickly grown into promising young pianists with a shared love for music and a special chemistry as duet partners.

In 2024, both siblings earned Third Prize in the Pacific Star International Competition, marking a strong debut in their competitive music journey. Their passion for ensemble performance was further highlighted when Chunkiu was selected through audition to perform a piano-violin duet at his school talent show, showcasing his ability to collaborate musically with others.

In 2025, Waikiu achieved a distinction in her ABRSM Level 2 piano exam, while Chunkiu completed ABRSM Level 3 with merit, demonstrating steady progress in their individual playing. Together, they have developed strong coordination, listening skills, and stage presence through frequent duet practice, refining their ability to perform with unity and musical expression.

Their duet performances reflect a perfect balance of Waikiu’s artistic flair and Chunkiu’s thoughtful sensitivity, creating a captivating and harmonious blend. Their shared dedication and joy in playing together make them a strong team and delightful young musicians to watch.
