Adele Liakhovetski is fourteen years old and a current eighth grader at the Alice C. Stelle Middle School in Los Angeles. She has been studying and playing piano with her teacher, Marina Gushansky, for the past eight years. Adele has participated in the Certificate of Merit program for many years, has passed level 8 last year, and has earned Branch and State honors every year. Adele was also selected as a first place winner at several competitions such as Charleston Competition, and Great Composers 18th Century Competition, and the Artists of the Year Competition. Aside from piano, Adele is a good swimmer and a straight A’s student. She plays in her school orchestra, and also enjoys playing piano with her sisters.
