Aiden MacLean

Aiden MacLean

Aiden MacLean is an aspiring classical violinist that started playing the violin at the tender age of two-and-a-half years old with a 1/16th violin that was just the right size for his tiny fingers. From that auspicious beginning Aiden has excelled and won Top Intermediate String Player at the Windsor-Essex Kiwanis Music Festival Competition in 2019 with an Honourable Mention at the provincial-level competition. In the same year, he won the Windsor Symphony Youth Orchestra’s Guild Competition and earned the right to solo with the orchestra at the renowned Capitol Theatre main stage. He is currently Co-Concertmaster of the Civic Philharmonic Orchestra with the esteemed Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s Civic Youth Ensembles. He looks forward to playing in live venues as soon as possible.
