Alessandro Fanan

Alessandro Fanan is an Italian tenor who nine years ago embarked on a transformative journey that transported him to the United States. Currently in his second year pursuing a Bachelor’s of Music at the Frost School of Music, University of Miami, under the guidance of baritone Kim Josephson, Alessandro’s musical journey unfolded during his high school years. In his junior year, he found the world of classical music where he started pursuing private voice lessons. Alessandro’s passion takes center stage in opera. In college, Alessandro has performed numerous scenes, such as: Parpignol in Puccini’s La Boheme, The finale in Verdi’s Falstaff as Fenton, Alfredo in the Brindisi scene in Verdi’s La Traviata and many more! In the spring of 2024, he portrayed the character of Sam Kaplan in Kurt Weill’s “Street Scene” with the Frost Opera Theater, marking a significant milestone in his artistic career.
