I am Amy, a fourteen-year-old freshman enrolled in Skyline High School. Some awards I have won in piano are third place in the 2024 Summer Arts Competition, third place in 2024 Helen Taylor Johannesen International Piano Competition, and honorable mention in the 2024 MTNA competition. I have played piano since I was six, and I am a teacher’s assistant with a community service group called Mundi Project. The current season that is coming to an end is the fourth season I have participated in, and students (and teachers) from each season have told me that I was a great help to the spirit of the children and their learning overall. Piano is one of the many hobbies I enjoy daily, others include the clarinet, tennis, and swimming.
