
Andrew Puschel is a Master’s Student attending The Eastman School of Music for Voice Performance. He holds degrees in Voice Performance and Vocal Pedagogy from Bowling Green State University. He was raised in Celina, Ohio and graduated from Celina Senior High with the class of 2020 before graduating from BGSU in 2024. Andrew was an international finalist in the 2022 Hal Leonard Art Song Competition, a prize winner of Bowling Green’s Conrad Art Song Competition in both 2022 and 2023, and frequently performs art song and arias outside of the University. Andrew has studied with tenor Chris Scholl, frequently collaborated with esteemed vocal and opera coach Kevin Bylsma, and received further coaching from contemporary American opera star and former MetOpera baritone Keith Phares, Dr. Louise Toppin of the University of Michigan, and the late, renowned collaborative coach, Dr Russell Miller.
