Andrew Zhang, thirteen, lives in Ohio and has been playing piano since the age of five. He has participated in numerous state competitions and recitals and earned top prizes. In 2024, Andrew was a Second Place Winner of the American Protégé International Piano & Strings Competition 2024. He also achieved ABRSM Grade 8 Piano Performance. In 2023, he won Dayton Music Club Scholarship, and was a Junior Southwestern Winner in 2023 and Elementary Southwestern winner in 2022 and 2021 in Ohio MTA Buckeye State Audition. He was a Superior winner in level V in Dayton Ribbon and Scale Festival in 2021. Andrew attends ninth grade at Oakwood High School, and played clarinet in the school band.
