Angela Ouyang is a 9th grader in American Fork Junior High. 15 years old, practiced piano since 2016. She started to take AIM tests in 2018 with Ms. Ya Liu. Placed first in Grand Prize Virtuoso competition in May and July of 2023. She takes time to play piano for the elderly at multiple Senior Centers, accompanied for other people’s pieces, and won other international awards. She was a 2nd place winner in the Sandy UMTA piano festival for two pieces, a 1st place winner in the same festival in a different category the next year, and a 1st place winner in the Salt Lake City competition. She is very passionate with the piano and works hard to play more beautiful and difficult pieces.
