
Angela Ouyang is a 11th grader in American Fork High School. 17 years old, started practicing piano since 2016. She started to take AIM tests in 2018 with Ms. Ya Liu. Placed first in Grand Prize Virtuoso competition in May and July of 2023. She takes time to play piano for the elderly at multiple Senior Centers, accompanied other people’s pieces, and won other international awards. She was a 2nd place winner in the Sandy UMTA Young Artist piano festival for two pieces, a 1st place winner in the same festival in Progressive Artist category the next year, and a 1st place winner in the Salt Lake City competition. Very honored to be invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in 2024 and is a first prize winner of the Charleston Spring 2024 Competition. In 2025 she performed with the ZheJiang Conservatory of Music’s symphony. She is very passionate about the piano and works hard to play more beautiful and difficult pieces.
