Angellina Fedullo is a 19 year old soprano from Tampa, Florida. She is a second year voice performance major at Florida State University. Angellina has been studying piano for 9 years and voice for 6 years. She began her musical studies at Music Showcase in Brandon, FL as a piano and voice student under the teachings of Yetta Mae Hansell, Susanne Hathaway, and Jeff Chodil.
Angellina has been in chorus for 9 years. At 13, she became the president of the Bell Shoals Baptist Academy chorus and was also the vice president and soprano section leader of the Bloomingdale Senior High School Ambassadors Show Choir at 17. Angellina has also been apart of the Bloomingdale High School Freshman Ladies Choir and Concert choir, the Hillsborough All-County Choir, FLACDA Honor Choir and the Florida State University Choral Union chorus.
At 15, Angellina participated in the 2018 Solo & Ensemble and was awarded superior for her two broadway classical pieces and selected for their honor recital. In 2019, she had been casted as the role of Abel and was the understudy for the role of Marola for the zarzuela, “La Tabernera Del Puerto,” produced by the Spanish Lyric Theatre. At 16, Angellina was awarded the TBBCA Charlie Hounchell Art Stars Scholarship for voice out of three counties, including Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough. In 2019, she was asked by the Tampa Bay Business for the Culture and the Arts to perform at their 30th anniversary of the “Impact Awards.” Later that year, Angellina was asked by the president of the Tampa Art Museum to perform at their annual gala, “Pavilion XXXIV.” She was awarded “Most Improved,” in her Freshman Ladies Choir and was awarded “Most Outstanding” in her junior and senior class for chorus. Angellina has also performed in many recitals both piano and voice throughout her musical career.
Angellina is currently being taught by Dr. Eric Rieger. She is a passionate and dedicated musician and has set her goals to reach the very highest of levels of excellence in music studies and opera training, and to pursue a career as a professional vocal musician.
