Anna Zou, at just 7 years old, is a promising second grader at Wayside Elementary School. She began her musical journey at the tender age of 5 under the guidance of Ms. Vivian Kwok, whose inspiring mentorship and dedication to nurturing young talent played a pivotal role in Anna’s early accomplishments. Her prodigious talent quickly became evident, and that same year, she won her first award, marking the beginning of her ascent in the world of music.

In addition to her early success, Anna earned both honors and trophies for her performances at local recitals. In 2023, she won First Prize at the Triumph Music Festival Competition, a testament to her remarkable abilities. Her impressive trajectory continued in 2024 when she received both the First Prize and the Exceptional Young Talent Special Prize at the “Golden Classical Music Awards” International Competition. As a result of these accolades, she was invited to perform at the prestigious Carnegie Hall, followed by an extraordinary opportunity to play at the iconic Disney Hall in Los Angeles in July 2024.

Anna’s dedication to her craft shines through in every performance, captivating audiences with her remarkable skill and passion for music. As she continues to grow and develop her talents, Anna serves as an inspiration to her peers and as a rising star in the classical music world. Her journey, marked by numerous successes at such a young age, points to a future filled with promise and the potential for even greater musical accomplishments.
