Brian Benjamin Lantz

As far as I remember, music has been a part of my life. My uncle loves to play the piano and I love to listen. When we play together we make great music. I started taking piano lessons when I was four and a half years old. I started taking cello lessons when I was nine years old.

I have taken the Certificate of Merit Examination in both piano (Level 10 in 2021) and cello (Level 9 in 2021) with honors. To name a few, I have participated in Contemporary Music Festival Steinway, Junior Chamber Music, Daniel Pearl World Music Days Concert, Southwestern Youth Music Festival, Satori Summer Music Festival, Irvine Unified School District Honors Concert, All Southern California Honor Band and Honor Orchestra Concert, and California All-State Orchestra Concert. Each is a good learning experience. Being able to play well help me gain confidence.
