Brian Chan is a fifth-grade student at Vejar Elementary School in Walnut, California. He started learning piano at age six under the guidance of Mr. Mike Chiu. He really enjoys the journey of learning piano. Brian had participated in numerous piano competitions since he was six. He played not only the music he learned in class but also enjoyed playing other music he heard outside the classroom.
Brian also likes other physical activities such as taekwondo, basketball, and soccer. He is now a black belt in taekwondo. He believes that if he persists in learning, he will continue to improve. Learning piano not only makes him more confident but also gives him lots of fun. He loves to express himself through the piano and learn from other players in the competition.
